TetraSki won't charge or is having issues charging

The TetraSki disconnects the charging port when power is on and will not charge unless powered down. If the screen is off and the ski appears powered down, check the following:

• Is the main power indicator light on the right side of the control box illuminated? If so, see TetraSki keeps beeping after power down (main power indicator light wont turn off).

• Is there snow or water in the charging port? Any moisture can interfere with or prevent charging. Blow out the charging port and allow it to dry before trying again. Make sure the charging port cap is replaced each time before skiing.

• Has the TetraSki been sitting in a cold environment for a prolonged period of time? The batteries will prevent charging when their internal temp is below 32F to protect from damage. Allow the ski to warm up indoors before trying again.

• Inspect the pins on the charging plug. There will be either two or three pins in the plug. If any of the pins appear pushed in or shorter than the others, contact Tetradapt support for more assistance.
